Why do I call myself an Ix Design Samurai and not a Ninja?
The Samurai were noble warriors from feudal age Japan. They valued the ideals of honor, helpfulness, and self-improvement very highly. The Ninja were basically spies. They relied extremely on stealth and preferred working in the shadows. A programmer who deals with the back-end code can thus take pride in being called a Ninja.
I believe I'm a people's person. I love to communicate and I actively seek out to help. And thus, I prefer calling myself a Samurai who does the same diligent, meticulous work, but is more affable with people.
Artistic abilities, and creative imagination are bare necessities to survive in the UX industry. And I believe I am at my best when I'm drawing up the Information Architecture of a product, or doodling some UI Designs.
Please reach out to me for more information about my HCI, UX/UI related work. I can reached via my cell-phone or e-mail.
Also, if you are in a game show and get stuck with a question about World History, Ancient Mythologies, or swords, I'm your go-to person!
